How do Bookings Happen?

How far in advance should we book to ensure availability?
Whilst we have a large team and are able to run multiple events on the same day, during the busy summer months, availability can be tricky. Many of our regular customers even book a year in advance.
How do I secure my event date?
All bookings require a deposit which is used for ordering ingredients, securing staff for the day and any additional equipment or service requirements you may have. On receipt of the deposit you can rest assured that your date and event is on our system and planning has started.
Will I have to do anything?
We can provide a fully managed service with waiting on staff, bars, crockery hire or a simple 'help' yourself' bbq. We ensure the event site we occupy is left clean and tidy after the event and respect the grounds. Health & Safety for your guests and our staff is a priority at all times.
