Fine Dining Menus

- Goats cheese ravioli, balsamic dressing and pine nuts on a rocket salad.
- Smoked salmon with pink peppercorn and tomato compote.
- Zesty vermicelli of courgette with pesto topped with fresh creamed Gruyere cheese (v).

Main Course
- Steamed sea bass, spinach on glazed carrots and thyme jus.
- Supreme of goosnargh duck stuffed with smoked pork shank and apple compote. Served with a zesty lime sauce
- Organic chicken breast with green asparagus and Chanterelle, crème of herbs.

- Almond mousse with apricot coulis and tuile shells.

Traditionally spit roasted pork
Locally reared free range pig roasted to perfection on site. Served with apple sauce, stuffing, crusty bread rolls and plenty of crispy crackling.
This option suits a larger number of guests as it feeds up to 120 people

Traditionally spit roasted lamb
Locally reared free range lamb roasted to perfection on site. Served with mint sauce, fresh leafy salad and crusty bread rolls.
This option feeds up to 80 people

Charcoal BBQ
Real charcoal BBQ and sizzling sausages get the juices flowing. Our basic meat package comprises of
Gourmet sausage selection, Lamb and mint burgers, Angus burgers, Sirloin steaks, Thai spiced chicken and many more.
